Getting in touch

If your child or children have lost someone special to them through death you can write to, telephone or email us. Alternatively you can ask your GP, Health Visitor etc to refer you to us.

If you are working with a child or children who have been bereaved then please contact us by telephone or letter to make a referral.

Jeremiah's Journey is a registered charity and provides the service free to the families.

Initially we offer each family a home visit from one or two members of the team. This is a chance for us to hear more about the family's current situation. We can also discuss with the family whether the groups would be the most appropriate source of support or whether there is a more useful alternative.
