Start your own journey and raise money for others.  It could be the challenge of a lifetime or maybe something you haven't done before.  

 

Be Brave

Surprise your friends and family by doing something different for charity.  Get them to sponsor you to do something unusual or outrageous.  For example, dye your hair blue, have your hairy legs waxed or maybe just be silent for 24 hours.

 

Be Daring

Get an adrenaline rush by skydiving, bungee jumping, running a marathon or anything energetic that springs to mind.

 

Be Adventurous

Take up a once in a lifetime challenge in aid of a good cause.  Climb Mount Kilimanjaro, trek the Great Wall of China or cycle around Cuba.  The world is your oyster!

Tom, aged 6, knew his daddy was poorly. One day he returned home from school to be told that daddy had died. Tom found it hard to understand what had happened to his dad. in the following weeks his teacher noticed that he was more angry than usual and fighting with his classmates. Tom came to a group and through meeting other children who had experienced something similar felt less alone. He also found a way to express his feelings which helped with his anger.
